Phew!
Finally stopped after probably the busiest week of the year so far!
Had an amazing 2 days at the Training & Development Summit at Heathrow run by Forum Events & Media Group. So many really productive meetings with a fantastic range of companies. Thank you to the guys for such a well run event.
So good to hear from leading L&D professionals about challenges they’re facing and what solutions they’re looking for.
I was definitely the only one there offering Leadership & Team Building programmes with horses. And the interest was quite overwhelming !

Slightly delayed by the fact I was delivering another Team Effectiveness day for the NHS on Thursday!
I’m now off for a lie down for a few days 🛌
